Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation: All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation must be made in advance to secure a table for the desired date and time.

2. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment for the buffet.

3. ID Verification: It is mandatory to provide a valid ID card for age verification. Failure to produce a valid ID card may result in refusal of entry.

4. Dining Time: Each person is allowed a maximum of 60 minutes from the booked time. Additional time will be charged at the new entry price.

5. Last Order: After 9 PM, no additional dishes will be added to the conveyor belt.

6. Food Wastage: Food wastage will be charged at RM10 per 100g.

7. Promotions: All promotion coupons cannot be used for this promotion.

8. Service Charge and Service Tax: Service charge and service tax are not included in the buffet price.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   •    a) Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please click on the link in the confirmation message or notify us at least one day before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a rebooking within 30 days from the original booking date, subject to availability.

   •    b) Reschedule Price Difference: If you wish to rebook for a different date within the 30-day period, any price difference between the original booking and the new date will apply. Customers are responsible for paying the additional charges if the rebooking exceeds the original booking price.

10. No-Shows: No-shows will not be refunded.

11. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your reservation. Late arrivals may result in a reduced dining time as the buffet will end at the scheduled time. If a reserved seat is not claimed within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the reservation will be considered a no-show without further notice.

12. Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us in advance of any specific dietary restrictions or allergies. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

13. Buffet Duration: The standard buffet duration is limited to a 60-minute time slot as specified during the booking process. Please adhere to the allocated time to allow for smooth operation and ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.

14. Food Consumption: All food items provided in the buffet are for immediate consumption only. Takeaway or leftover food is not allowed.

15. Dress Code: We encourage smart casual attire. Guests wearing swimwear, beachwear, or excessively casual clothing may be denied entry.

16. Management's Rights: Ajishou Sushi Buffet reserves the right to refuse service, remove unruly guests, and make changes to the terms and conditions without prior notice.
